Programs typically range from $2,000 to $10,000 or more, depending on your needs, testing, supplements, and how intensive your program is. There’s no “one size fits all” — your plan will be tailor-made based on your unique health challenges and goals. A proper assessment is the only way I can give you an exact quote.
This depends on where you're starting and how deep the dysfunction runs. Some women commit for 3 months, others are with me for 3 years or more. The average is 12 months of steady work to fully rebuild your health. This is a long-term transformation, not a quick fix. Again, I’ll give you realistic timelines after reviewing your individual case.
Unfortunately, no. Functional medicine is private-pay only. I don’t work for insurance companies — I work for you. The level of personalized care, testing, and support I provide isn’t covered by traditional plans. But many patients use HSA/FSA accounts to help cover costs.
You could — but it’s risky. Most women who try to DIY this either waste money or make themselves worse. You’re not just buying pills here. You’re investing in clinical guidance, lab interpretation, lifestyle strategy, and healing at the root. That can’t be copied from a blog or influencer.
Because there’s likely a deeper dysfunction — and it hasn’t been identified yet. Functional medicine looks beyond diet and workouts. We investigate your gut, liver, hormones, energy metabolism, and detox pathways. Every program is designed only after a detailed evaluation of your entire system.
There are never guarantees in healing — but I can tell you this: my patients get results when they commit to the process. We don’t follow a script. We build your program from scratch based on what your body needs. That’s why it works when other things haven’t.
That’s common — and often the problem. I don’t rely on standard lab ranges. I use advanced functional labs that go far deeper and are interpreted with a different lens. Just because something is "in range" doesn’t mean it's optimal — or that you're actually healthy.
Depending on your case, I may recommend:
Each is chosen based on your history. No unnecessary testing. Everything is custom-built for your body.
